The summer edition of the Nicholas Meat Quarterly is here!

Progress continues on the Sustainable Resource Facility since breaking ground just over one year ago. Supply chain issues have delayed the schedule, but work will move full speed this summer. You can read more about the project in the quarterly newsletter.
