Selling to Us

Cattle are the heart of our business. We help you get the most value of the cattle you’ve raised. To get started selling to us, please contact Us.

We process both cows and bulls. They are processed in our state-of-the-art facility. Affidavits for selling to us are available below. Unscheduled cattle deliveries (i.e. farmers/consigners) can arrive Monday through Friday between 7 am and 3 pm. All other cattle deliveries must be arranged by appointment.

At Nicholas Meat, we consider animal welfare an ethical responsibility. We are committed to the well-being, proper handling and humane harvest of all the animals that are used in our beef products.
